Quality Blueprint and Good Practice Guidelines

One of the recent initiatives developed by the Association is the Quality Blueprint - a framework designed not only to illustrate the activities we deliver, but also to articulate the quality principles we aim to consistently uphold in our day-to-day operations and event planning. The Blueprint, which features links to an eclectic selection of music, also serves as an onboarding and induction resource for new RCOBA Committee members. While it draws on a number of recognised requirements from the international quality standard ISO 9001, there is no intention to pursue formal certification. Instead, the focus is on applying relevant and practical quality principles that suit the context of the RCOBA.

In tandem with this, we’ve also developed a set of Good Practice Guidelines (GPGs), with more to come. These guidelines support consistent internal processes and also offer practical advice to Old Boys - particularly those looking to organise cohort reunions or other alumni initiatives.
